・Reservations made on this page are "tentative reservations. After submitting the reservation form, you will receive a reply e-mail from our staff to confirm your reservation.

・Reservations made by phone are not accepted.

・Please make one reservation per couple.

・Please refrain from making reservations for multiple dates at the same time.

・The gallery is usually locked, and will only be opened during the time of your reservation.

・Please refrain from visiting the gallery without a reservation.

・We reserve the right to refuse visitors from other companies in the same industry for the purpose of information gathering. Please understand this in advance.

◆　About purchase and repair of Ambientec products

The main purpose of this gallery is to allow visitors to experience Ambientec products firsthand. Therefore, if you are considering purchasing a product or bringing in a repaired product, please be aware of the following points.

For those who are considering purchasing a product

Please note that we may not be able to sell some products, such as single accessories, on the day of the event, depending on their type and availability. If you wish to purchase a product, we recommend that you fill out the reservation form in advance.

*We accept credit card payment only.

For those who are considering requesting repair or bringing in repaired items

If you are considering bringing in repaired items for repair, please contact us in advance so that we can guide you smoothly through the process of receiving and handling your request for repair.

*Please note that for the time being, we will not be able to diagnose the repaired product on the day of repair or provide repair services on the spot.
