Refurbishment refers to the process of reassessing and repurposing existing products, components, or materials. Items that did not meet standard quality criteria due to minor scratches, or products previously used for display that have been serviced and restored to standard condition, are referred to as "Refurbished" products. As our first initiative, we are launching limited-time and limited-quantity sales at our direct-managed store, "Ambientec Gallery Tokyo."
To ensure that customers can personally inspect the condition and finish of these items before purchase, refurbished products will be sold exclusively in-store.

Refurbished products are those that have undergone inspection, maintenance, and quality verification at our company and meet our individual quality standards.

■ New Refurbished
These are products that are unused but are not sold through standard channels due to reasons such as their exterior condition or packaging status.
Quality and functionality have been verified by Ambientec.
■ Used Refurbished
These are products that have been used for display, photography, rental, or other reasons, or have a usage history for other reasons.
Prior to sale, they are inspected and serviced by our company, and the internal battery is replaced with a new one. Quality and functionality have been verified by Ambientec
Refurbished products are shipped only after undergoing our company's prescribed inspection, maintenance, and quality verification processes, ensuring the functionality and safety of each individual unit.
In the event of an initial defect or manufacturing flaw occurring within the warranty period, we will respond in accordance with our warranty and repair policies.
Due to the nature of refurbished products, some items may exhibit scratches, scuffs, or signs of use.
Additionally, there may be individual variations or material characteristics (such as machining marks, air bubbles in glass, or dark spots) resulting from the manufacturing process.
Please be aware that these are sold as characteristics of refurbished products, and we ask for your understanding in advance.
Refurbished products are items that should be purchased with an understanding of their specific characteristics.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, or signs of use.
A warranty is included with this product.

Refurbished products have different terms of sale compared to standard retail products, so accessories and packaging may vary by product.
In addition, some products may not include individual retail packaging.
For products without individual packaging, a charging cradle, USB cable, and warranty card are included.
Whether an AC adapter is included depends on the product. Please provide your own if one is required for use. Since the recommended specifications for the AC adapter vary by product, please check the instruction manual or Q&A on our official website.
